NEW-DELHI: A Delhi Court on Tuesday (November 29) alloted permission to conduct key accused Aaftab's narco test in Shraddha Walker Murder Case. The Court allowed petition of Delhi police seeking permission to produce Aaftab Amin Poonawala at FSL Rohini for Narco Analysis.
Notably, Aaftab is in judicial custody at Tihar jail of the National Capital. The Court on November 26 had remanded Aaftab Amin Poonawala to judicial custody after police interrogation. It is worth noting here that Aaftab's polygraphy test was also conducted, in which he was asked several questions.
