Ludhiana: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will lay foundation stone of TATA’s second largest steel plant here in Ludhiana today. This plant will be built at the cost of Rs 2600 crore and will provide employment to more than 2500 people of the state. The work on this project was started in January 2023 and now its foundation stone will be laid.
