Punjab Desk: In a major blow to narcotic network, Jammu and Kashmir police along with Punjab Police arrested one drug smuggler in a joint operation. The smuggler has been arrested from Mullanpur Dakha.
Police in this operation also seized money worth Rs 4.94 crore along with 38 fake vehicle number plates. Police also recovered one revolver. The smuggler arrested is one of the key accused in 30 Kg Cocaine recently recovered in Jammu. Investigations on-going to establish backward & forward linkages.
DGP Gaurav Yadav shared this information through a tweet. He affirmed that Punjab Police is committed to make Punjab a drug free state as per the vision of CM Mann.
